The journalist community operating in the Kalapanunggal area has reached a significant milestone with the establishment of the Kalapanunggal Journalists Association (Perjaka). This organization was officially inaugurated during a meeting held in Ko. Sawahlega, Palasarigirang Village, Kalapanunggal District, on Saturday, February 8, 2025.
Dedi Cobra, a journalist renowned for his dedication, was unanimously elected as the first chairman of Perjaka. This election marks a new chapter for journalism in Kalapanunggal, with hopes of strengthening solidarity and professionalism among its members.
The founding meeting was attended by representatives from various media outlets, including Sukabumiviral.com, Satelitnusantara.com, Selarasonline.com, Faktabicara.com, Sharegapps.com, CatatanNews.id, Dejurnal.com, GPN08, and LPKSM. The presence of these diverse media organizations highlights the strong spirit of unity among local journalists.
