Sukabumi – The Tangkil Village Government (Pemdes Tangkil), located in Cidahu District, Sukabumi Regency, has utilized the Remaining Budget Calculation (SILPA) from the 2024 Village Fund to develop local infrastructure in the form of a concrete pavement road.
The construction took place in April 2025 in Tangkil Village, RT 001/RW 001, covering a total area of 300 square meters. The allocated budget for this project amounted to IDR 42,200,000.
Tangkil Village Head, Ijang Sehabudin, stated that the goal of the project is to enhance residents' comfort and facilitate daily activities. He hopes that improved infrastructure will help support the local community's economic growth.
> "This development is our effort to ensure proper road access for residents. We also hope it will support economic activities more effectively," said Ijang when interviewed at the village office on Friday (May 16, 2025).
Ijang also emphasized that the construction process was carried out transparently and accountably, with active community participation from the planning stage to implementation.
> "We are committed to ensuring that every development project truly benefits the residents. Community involvement is key to making the development process effective and well-targeted," he added.
One of the residents, Caci Suhanda (72), expressed his appreciation to the Tangkil Village Government for their attention to neighborhood infrastructure.
> "Thank you to the village government for improving the local roads, including both the newly completed concrete pavement and the recently finished asphalt road. I hope Tangkil continues to grow and succeed," said Caci.
This road construction project is part of the village government's ongoing efforts to improve public facilities and enhance residents' quality of life.
